Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I combine the 1.9% or 2.9% APR financing with the full Cash Back rebate?

Generally, no. Ford Motor Credit requires you to choose between the low-rate APR promotional rate or taking the maximum Retail Customer Cash rebate. You must compare total interest cost versus upfront savings.

What is Ford Flex Buy?

Ford Flex Buy allows you to take 66-month or 75-month financing terms where payments are structured to be lower for the first 36 months, then step up slightly for the remainder of the loan.

Are lease destination charges included in advertised payments?

Advertised payments (e.g., $499/month) typically cover the capitalized cost reduction, but exclude regional taxes, registration, title fees, and local dealer doc fees.

Conclusion

Ford's incentive structure offers strong incentives across their top-selling nameplates—highlighted by 1.9% APR on the Explorer, sub-3.0% financing on the F-150, and up to $8,000 closeout rebates on the Escape PHEV. Shoppers should calculate whether high cash-back offers or long-term interest rate buy-downs generate the most savings based on their intended loan length.
